All work guaranteed

All our work comes with a written 12 month no quibble guarantee. All our engineers are trained to the highest standards and we hardly ever have to return to a job to revisit work that was deemed to have been completed.

If, for whatever reason, we are asked to review work that we have done, we do so as a matter both of urgency for the customer and for professional pride.

This guarantee of our work does not include appliances. However, if we have purchased appliances on your behalf, we will take up any complaints with the provider / manufacturer on your behalf.

Most appliances that we install come with strong manufacturer guarantees, such as Vaillant boilers, for example, which come with a 7 year guarantee if installed by an approved installer.

Our guarantee and the manufacturer’s guarantees do not affect your customer rights.
